This is our 2nd time at Amari Dhaka. The overall stay was fantastic. - The check-in process was smooth. - The room was very clean (my family have OCD with cleanliness). - The room was quiet and very comfortable. - The breakfast buffet was great, there were a lot of options and the waiters/waitresses were very attentive and polite, even having conversations with them. - Staff gave us recommendations on where to visit and where to buy mitai/mishti (Premier Sweets) and you will not be disappointed. - Hotel has a 24 hour restaurant lobby which is handy when you want to wind down at the end of a busy day. - Their hot chocolate is bliss! We did have an issue on the first night, the water when showering leaked through under glass door. We did tell reception and they swiftly resolved it, which was great. But a word of caution, just put a towel under the door just in case.

Dhaka Airport updated the visa window, the hotel was waiting for us in the waiting area in advance, and passed very quickly, very professional. The hotel is located in the new Dhaka location, the environment is very good, the gym has a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast and dinner of the hotel are very good, but I hope to add some Chinese food. And I hope that the TV can add more Chinese TV stations. I have never written such a long review, but the price of the hotel really reflects their service, I hope more people can experience it. The staff is warm and professional. I would also like to thank Mr. Rubel (Assistant Manager of Concierge & Transportation) for his timely response and all greetings.And Thanks to Ms. Sabina for helping us to delay the check-out time.

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast and the staff providing it. The restaurant reception hostess, Jannat and every single one of her colleagues are amazing and make the stay in the hotel very enjoyable. I would have changed hotels as I was there for a longer stay but didn't because breakfast was the best part of my day (food was great and varied, atmosphere is great and staff is very attentive and natural)

Outstanding Employees, always someone there to support you. Nice comfortable rooms. Beautiful Lobby area with a aquarium which gives you a relaxing feeling. I was in Dhaka for a Business trip, after stressful day the complete stuff welcomes you with a smile, which gives you a home feeling. Thank you Mrs. Noor for your help always. Will come definitely next time again.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff Ms.Sabina, Mr.Saleeheen, Mr.Sadab, and all others are very sincere and well behaved. Foods are excellent and restaurant staffs are also very friendly. House keeping, Bell boy, Chauffeurs and Secretary persons are very well behaved. Spa is also very excellent.
